Summarizing 3-1-17
My book is still the same as before with the girls living in New York and living a spoiled life. They do what ever they please and don't have consequences when it comes to it. The only consequences that they receive are when it comes to something failing in their life, but otherwise nothing else. Their parents aren't as involved with their lives as most are but as long as they keep a good reputation and not make a fool of themselves, they're okay with anything. Blair, Serena, Nate, Jennifer, Dan, and Vanessa are the main character's in this series of the book. Most of the issues with them all are getting into school and dealing with society. Society either sees them as powerful and important or weak and meaningless. It all depends if you're from the upper east side or west side.

Mood 2/21/17
This story makes me feel more rebellious in a way, because of how much adventures and fun events these girls attend. There are times where I feel scared for the characters because the things that happen in this story could get them in a large amount of trouble. Not just trouble with parents or friends, but also with police and schools. They take so many risks that it becomes part of their daily lives.

Mood 2-15-17
The story that I'm reading is about a girl who just lives a adventurous life in New York. The story makes me feel rebellious because the girl is only 17 yet she does things that 21 year olds would be doing. She loves her life to the fullest and is treated like a celebrity, even though she isn't. I like how she doesn't care what people think of her, and that's what brings out the best of her. That's the reason why she is so loved and by many people; she's worshiped by many people!

Summary 2-7-17
The main character is Serena Vanderwoodsen in my book "You know you love me" by Cecily von Ziegesar . So far, the most recent and main thing that is going on in Serena's (and most of the characters in the book) life is college interviews. High class people like Serena, go to Ivy League prep schools and such. It's a tradition to go to such a well known and good school when it comes to the upper east side families. Blair is thinking of going to Yale. Nate, Serena, and Dan are thinking of going to Brown but it's not their only choice. As long as they get into good colleges, their reputations are all in good hands. Sadly however, the only interview that went pretty well was Nate's. He didn't even want to go to the school yet he rocked it. The rest flunked, but they always have a backup plan.

Foreshadowing 2-1-17
I have a feeling that Serena and Blair won't be friends anytime soon, especially with all the drama that's going on around them. Serena may be the bridesmaid in Blair's Mom's wedding, but that still won't change the fact of the two of them being close.
I do have a feeling however, that something may be going on with Nate and Jennifer. The two were having quite a connection in the book, possibly meaning a new relationship. With the start of a new relationship means an ending to an old one... specifically his and Blair's.

Exposition 1-26-17
The characters of my story are Serena, Blair, Nate, Dan, Chuck, and Jenny so far. Serena is the most important and main character of the book because she's the one who causes most of the drama. She's the one that causes all the tension to rise in New York. Blair is Serena's best friend. The two, aren't in good terms in the moment but are slowly cooperating throughout the story. Nate is Blair's boyfriend and has been her boyfriend since kindergarten. The two have been inseparable and are already planning on being together for the rest of their lives. Dan is Serena's boyfriend. It came as a shock to everyone that they were together because of how high Serena's reputation is, and how low Dan's is. Chuck is another one of the characters who has a high reputation in the story. Most of the people who have a high reputation get it from their parents, due to their parents being very successful in life. Successful as in going to Ivy League colleges and being very hard business owners. Jenny is Dan's little sister. She tries to fit in with the rest of the crowd, but being 15 and wanting to be part of the high society is very difficult. You have to prove to the others that you are mature enough to fulfill the commitments of being one of them. The setting takes place in New York. Most of the high society characters live on the East side (Serena, Blair, Nate, Chuck). The not so well known people live on the west side (Dan, and Jenny). So far, the events that are happening right now, are that Blair's mom getting engaged to a man that she does not like. The man is the type of person that could ruin her mother's reputation as fashion goddess of New York. Even worse, the wedding is happening so quick, that her mother wants to have it on the day of Blair's 17th birthday. Knowing that Blair must be angry with the situation, Serena just wants to go and help. Although, Blair has made it quite clear that she does not need Serena in her life. Serena on the other hand, just got into a relationship with Dan Humphry. Since the lives of all these students are being recorded on an online gossip site, all of New York has the ability to know what is going on in their lives.

Blog post 1-24-17
The book that I'm currently reading is "You know you love me", by Cecily von Ziegesar. This is the second book of the "Gossip girl" series. It's basically about the social lives of these specific teens in New York. I think that the second book is going to be about how drama occurs and is being caused more, now that that Serena is back in town. (Serena being the most well known girl ever in New York.) Since Serena was the reason why tension was really high in New York, it settled down a bit once she left. Now that she's returned, people are afraid that her returning will somewhat ruin their lives.
